Appoint Top Accountants as your company’s registered tax agent. Each director who signs adds their own signature and photo ID.

One more step after you sign: nominate us with the ATO

The ATO requires companies and trusts to nominate their tax agent online before we can act. Log in to Online services for business (with your myID), select Profile › Agent details › Agent nominations › Add, search for our registered agent number 25377345, complete the declaration and submit. Then let us know: the nomination lasts 28 days. Need help? Call the ATO on 13 28 66.

We, the undersigned, being the director(s) of the company named above and authorised to sign on its behalf, hereby authorise Top Accountants Pty. Ltd. (Tax Agent 25377345) to act as the company's registered Tax Agent, access ATO records, and lodge Income Tax Returns, Business Activity Statements, and other tax documents electronically on behalf of the company. We consent to receiving all correspondence electronically and agree that Top Accountants Pty. Ltd. may collect and use the company's TFN and our personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. To facilitate service delivery, we expressly consent to Top Accountants Pty. Ltd. using outsourced and/or offshore service providers, and to the storage of the provided information and prepared documents on third-party cloud databases (such as Google Drive or Dropbox). We acknowledge that this engagement is for the preparation and lodgment of returns based on information provided by or on behalf of the company, for which the company retains full responsibility, and does not constitute a statutory financial audit. We acknowledge that Top Accountants Pty. Ltd. (Tax Agent 25377345) registration can be verified on the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) public register at www.tpb.gov.au/public-register, and that we have the right to make a complaint to the TPB at www.tpb.gov.au/complaints regarding the tax agent services provided.

Each director signing adds their details, ticks the box and signs. A company with one director signs once; otherwise two directors, or a director and the secretary, should sign.
